New floor going into a new bathroom or kitchen? Chris can fit it as part of that installation rather than as a separate visit.
We lay luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and ceramic or porcelain floor tiles, mostly in bathrooms and kitchens. Most of the work is in the preparation: the old flooring comes up, the subfloor is checked, and uneven or damaged floors are self-levelled and smoothed so the new floor sits flat.
LVT or tiles
LVT is warmer and softer underfoot, quieter, and quick to lay over a smooth, level base. Floor tiles are harder wearing and work well with underfloor heating and in wet areas. We lay either, and we will tell you honestly which suits the room.
What affects the price
Room size, how level the existing floor is, the flooring you choose, and the number of doorways and thresholds that need trims. A bathroom floor also means working around the toilet and basin, or lifting them and refitting them afterwards.
